About The Position

Skills Inc., one of Washington State’s largest aerospace suppliers, is seeking several Aerospace Production Specialists to join their team in Auburn, Washington. This is an entry-level position where training will be provided in assembling parts and a variety of production work in the finishing of aerospace parts. Advancement opportunities are available and strongly encouraged. Requirements

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions is critical.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and can adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment.
  • Strong problem solving, social, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude, positive, and capable of communicating and relating to individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate in English through voice, or American Sign Language or adaptive technology.
  • Ability to read, write, communicate and/or follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • A pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
  • Due to Skills Inc.’s participation in the defense industry, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requires that access to sensitive information and material pertaining to defense and military related technologies may only be accessed, viewed or shared by US Persons as defined by law.   • Employee will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when on the shop floor.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
