About The Position

Twin Falls Chevrolet, the Magic Valley's #1 Volume Chevrolet Retailer, is hiring a Product Specialist. This role involves helping customers find the right Chevrolet or used vehicle and providing excellent customer care throughout the sales process. The dealership offers significant customer traffic, a large inventory, and a growing presence with mobile service options. The company provides training, tools, and customer leads, while the specialist is expected to bring energy and follow-through.

Requirements

Ability to greet customers and make them feel welcome.
Skill in listening to understand customer needs.
Ability to conduct needs analyses and explain vehicle features.
Comfortable taking customers on test drives.
Proficiency in discussing pricing and options.
Strong follow-up skills to build customer relationships.
Ability to meet monthly sales goals and maintain high CSI scores.
Willingness to work with sales management and team members.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Energy and follow-through.
