Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- No prior experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer as they enter the building.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Determine customer needs and create quotes and proposals.
- Communicate final pricing with customers and collect signed proposals with deposits.
- Communicate any updates, timelines or issues to customer in a timely manner.
- Prepare accurate work orders and communicate with glass shop and project managers to ensure proper completion of projects.
- Maintain showroom floor and displays as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
