MINI of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for an individual to join our sales team as a Product Specialist (Sales Genius). Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years old
• Possess a valid driver license in good standings and clean driving record
• Be technologically savvy
• Be dependable and timely for client deliveries
• Possess strong customer service skills and enjoys interacting with clients
• Possess the ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally and written
• Be able to work Saturdays
• Desire to advance your career

Nice To Haves

• Ability to drive a manual shift - a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet sales customers
• Work with customers answering their product questions, performing demonstrations of features and vehicle electronics
• Deliver sold vehicles to customers with each salesperson
• Assist with vehicle registration runs
• Interact with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience building dealer sales loyalty
• Other tasks assigned by the management team and Controller
