The Product Specialist will support and develop the market intelligence function through market research for our products. This role involves gathering and interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations based on research findings. The specialist will identify trends and patterns, test hypotheses, and utilize qualitative and quantitative techniques. Key responsibilities include developing program overviews, supporting the Business Management group with proposals, leading customer audits, assisting in marketing literature development, tracking divisional programs, and coordinating process improvements. Attendance is an essential function of this position.
