About The Position

Supporting and developing the market intelligence function with market research for our products. Gathering and interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations based upon the research findings. Looking for trends and patterns in data fields; testing hypothesis based on data sets. Utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations. Developing and maintaining key program overviews to include program potential, target applications, build rates, timelines, and regularly scheduled program reviews. Work with Business Management group and support with commercial and technical proposals. Leading customer audits and working closely to ensure all necessary departments are involved, prepared, and able to support customer requests. Assisting in the development of marketing literature. Tracking of divisional programs and objectives. Coordinating process and procedure improvement / implementation. Attendance is an essential function of this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, finance or related field.
  • No experience required.
  • Self-starter, motivated, and resourceful – think outside the box.
  • Detail-orientated and possess a good work ethic.
  • Results-driven and willing to exceed goals and objectives.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to prioritize and solve practical problems.
  • Ability to apply basic concepts of math and analyze results.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Market Research preferred.
