About The Position
Our fantastic Product Specialist position is an exciting opportunity offering all of the thrills of the retail automotive industry without the uncertainty of commissioned Sales. We are actively seeking professional and energetic individuals looking to move their career in a positive direction. The Product Specialist provides educational and informative product presentations and test drives while generating customer enthusiasm about the entire Chevrolet product line up. A clean driving record and excellent communication skills are required for this role. The position DOES NOT involve or require negotiation or closing skills. This is a FULL-TIME position! Part time positions may be available! Medical benefits, 401K and PTO within the first year are included! (Full Time Only) Now HIRING at our busy Chevrolet Dealership just north of WalMart in Elyria, Ohio.
Requirements
- A History of stable employment is a BIG PLUS!
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as needed - 37-40 hours per week schedule!
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- We will fully train you for this full-time position!
- No previous experience in automotive sales is necessary!
Responsibilities
- Become a Chevy product knowledge expert AND:
- Greet customers and welcome them to the showroom
- Establish rapport and build a trusting relationship with the customer
- Discover the particular vehicle wants, needs and desires of the customer
- Inform, Inspire and excite customers with in-depth Chevrolet product information and insight by providing exceptional product presentations, demonstrations and test drives
- Promote the unique selling points and key features of Chevrolet products and their benefits to the customer
- Offer best-in-class customer service
- Keep up to date with the latest product information
- Provide the customer a "World Class" delivery experience post-purchase/lease
