Menchey Music, the area's largest family-owned music company, is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Product Specialist to join our Warehouse team at our Operations Center in Hanover, PA. This is a full-time, on-site, hourly position with semi-flexible day shifts Monday through Friday, plus seasonal opportunities for overtime. At Menchey Music, we're dedicated to music education, enjoyment, and advocacy, and we're building a team that shares those values. Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of musical instruments and accessories
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• Great organization and the ability to prioritize your work
• Dependability your team can count on
• Advanced computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Answer pricing and product questions from teachers, customers, and employees, and fulfill their requests
• Manage our online shopping platforms, including product updates and listings on ShopMenchey
• Make sure products are available to fill orders
• Reach out to customers about order issues and use your musical know-how to suggest great alternatives
• Restock accessories for our stores daily
• Create proposals for our school service department
• Schedule short-term rentals and coordinate deliveries
• Other duties as assigned by management
