Requirements
- 2–3 years of successful sales experience (automotive preferred, but retail/marketing welcome).
- Natural ability to connect with customers, overcome objections, and build strong relationships.
- Organized, sharp follow-up skills, and comfortable using tech to manage your pipeline.
- Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative approach to match customers with vehicles via phone, internet leads, and walk-ins.
- Prospect via referrals, leads, and creative personal branding.
- Create an exceptional vehicle delivery experience and build long-term loyalty.
- Keep the lot and showroom sharp and ready for high-volume traffic.
