Requirements
- 1+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
- Inspired to achieve personal success and maximize earning potential
- Build customer relationships and deliver a positive buying experience
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
- Build relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions
- Respond to and nurture inbound leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visits to convert prospects into customers
- Participate in daily sales and training meetings
