About The Position

As the product specialist, you will support Tool Control Engineering Staff by completing assigned technical and logistical tasks. This includes supporting the ATC Assembly line, completing technical writing assignments, preparing components and/or complete systems for internal and field tests, certification, and demonstrations, conducting new feature and system tests and documenting results, assisting Engineering staff in demo and prototype unit builds, utilizing Technical Writing skills to produce technical documentation, operation manuals, parts lists, process and feature instructions, and other documentation for internal teams, creating and maintaining OS images for the product line, occasional travel required to set up beta tests at remote sites, liaising with manufacturing and assembly line, and maintaining lab equipment in workable order.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Tool Crib or Maintenance Environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and Installation Management
  • Technical writing experience
  • Able to work with others and with minimal supervision
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and have experience interfacing with all levels internally and externally, including customer base
  • Must possess good time management and organizational skills, as well as problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain credentials as required
  • Proficiency in use of Window Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • 2 Year Associates Degree Preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities
