About The Position

MidwayUSA, a privately held eCommerce company in the Outdoor industry, is seeking a Product Specialist to work with a Merchandising Manager. This role involves serving Customers by selecting products and building relationships with Suppliers. Requirements

Bachelors degree as it is required
You will be a user of MidwayUSA's core products and have a passion for shooting, hunting and the outdoors
You will have excellent product and technical knowledge
You will have excellent creative writing skills
You must have the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
You must be a team player with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

1-3 years applicable professional experience (preferred)
Business, Marketing or related field preferred

Responsibilities

Select products according to established category budget & overall company budget
Develop relationships with Suppliers
Review Supplier Performance metrics & suggest & implement measures to drive improvement

Annual Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $55,000-$71,500 with annual benchmarking and pay increases to always ensure a competitive salary
