About The Position

This position offers an opportunity to gain professional experience in a business setting. Interns will be expected to perform duties typically associated with Business and Engineering personnel, to the extent possible based on their current level of curriculum completion.

Requirements

• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude displayed through personal hobbies/projects or work experience
• Ability to handle tasks and prioritize with minor direction
• Computer proficiency with Excel skills
• Working towards Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or industrial distribution, related field

Responsibilities

• Identify and correct discrepancies found in ERP system
• Maintain accurate, orderly project records, including data, customer specifications, directives, etc.
• Identify drawing classification and structure database
• Interact with internal customers as an engineering representative
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Attendance is an essential function of this position
