Responsibilities

• Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs
• Create consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases
• Attend and master training on the proper use of “scenarios” so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers
• Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods
• Close the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives
