Requirements

Ability to manage a territory, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Prior sales experience or training with an understanding of local market conditions and customer needs.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to build long-term relationships.
Comfort using computer systems and presenting technical and commercial information professionally.
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for excavator equipment and technology lines, supporting customers and sales teams with informed solutions.
Increase market share and profitability by building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities within your territory.
Evaluate customer fleets and applications to recommend improved equipment solutions, develop packages, set pricing, and negotiate deals.
Deliver new equipment, lead product demonstrations, and provide on-site training to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction.
Partner with sales professionals and leadership to support deals and drive customer success.
