About The Position

This Product Specialist role is critical to expanding Agilent's consumables footprint across Latin America by combining technical expertise with strategic channel partner enablement to accelerate growth in indirect markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline
- 4+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or a related commercial role
- Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC, HPLC, UHPLC), Sample Preparation techniques, Spectroscopy
- Understanding of analytical instrumentation and related consumables
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within channel and distributor sales models
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across partners, distributors, and internal teams
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations, product trainings, and technical workshops
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable growth outcomes
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders and cultures
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models preferred
- Background in technical support, training, or consultative selling valued
- Familiarity with LC-MS and GC-MS applications preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with Channel Partner Managers and the distributor network to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for chemistries and supplies across Latin America
- Enable channel partners through technical training, product demonstrations, and sales support to increase product adoption
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and partners on chromatography, spectroscopy, and sample preparation solutions
- Identify growth opportunities within the distributor network and support pipeline development for chemistries and supplies
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value and business impact
- Track performance metrics and contribute to regional growth targets
