About The Position

As a Product & Solutions Architect, you will design blended learning strategies for high-value B2B and B2G customers, provide consultative product expertise to the sales process, and contribute to the ongoing discovery, development, and delivery of scalable products for business. This role involves understanding client needs, translating them into effective learning solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product delivery and improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and consulting or experienced in interacting with clients.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong competency across at least one of our core disciplines (Tech/Data) with ability to navigate complex conversations in other disciplines.
  • Background in a client-facing role, either interacting with or managing stakeholders.
  • Commercial orientation, with experience in 'selling' sophisticated solutions in pre-sales environments and growing relationships in alignment with long-term partnership strategies.
  • History of quickly developing strong and trust-based client relationships with C-Suite and their direct reports.
  • Ability to influence partners, especially executive audiences— through data, well-structured arguments, and compelling narratives.
  • Experience with designing in-person learning experiences and engagement strategies.
  • Ease in collaborating with subject matter experts and synthesizing feedback.
  • Experience with scoping learning needs and conducting needs analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Design blended learning strategies for high-value B2B and B2G customers.
  • Provide consultative product expertise to the sales process.
  • Contribute to the ongoing discovery, development, and delivery of scalable products for business.
  • Understand GA’s expansive suite of products and solutions, including custom programs.
  • Communicate how solutions and products solve specific enterprise pain points in a thought-leading, credible manner.
  • Lead calls or meetings with clients to drill in on learning objectives.
  • Participate in the creation and review of proposals, and make recommendations to achieve client objectives.
  • Handle calls independently with a baseline competency across core offerings (Tech or Data & AI).
  • Confidently manage discussions across secondary offerings (PM, UX, Marketing).
  • Select SMEs to bring to sales conversations to provide industry expertise and support solution creation.
  • Establish consultative, advisory relationships with client stakeholders pre- and post-sale.
  • Respond to RFPs, ensuring GA outlines the best offering/set of capabilities to win the deal.
  • Make internal recommendations on the feasibility of program deployment, considering scope, development needs, deployment nuance, and market opportunity.
  • Lead design calls to guide clients through program content, sharing insight/rationale for content direction and instructional approach.
  • Incorporate client feedback into program designs.
  • Leverage innovative instructional design methods to create proposed programs and high-level learning designs that are engaging and outcomes-driven.
  • Partner with the content development team to ensure scope and approach delight the customer and are achievable in development, resulting in accurate development estimates.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Ops, and Client Services to provide visibility and feedback into new partner goals.
  • Actively participate with Voice Of Customer initiatives to improve the efficacy of GA solution-suites.
  • Lead scoping calls with prospects or clients to uncover training needs or define learning objectives.
  • Work with Account Directors to draft or give input on proposals or RFPs.
  • Partner with SMEs to brainstorm and restructure content narratives.
  • Handle incoming requests from Account Directors regarding content availability for client needs.
  • Attend handover meetings/internal kickoffs to translate presale information to the custom dev team, adding nuance and communicating content direction.
  • Research trends in data, AI, digital marketing, or other GA disciplines.
  • Report client insights to Product owners to inform the product roadmap.
