About The Position

We are building a technology platform evolving into a data-driven product company. Our focus is on delivering measurable outcomes, not just output. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where engineers have real ownership and impact on both product and technology direction. We operate under a global technology model that connects discovery (building to learn) with delivery (building to earn). Engineers contribute to both—helping ensure we’re building the right things and building them well. You’ll be expected to understand the “why” behind your work, contribute to solution design, not just implementation, and help reduce rework by validating ideas early.

Requirements

• Solid experience with modern web development (Vue.js, PHP/Laravel, MySQL, DynamoDB or similar)
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting production issues
• Developing product sense: you think beyond tickets and consider user and business impact
• Comfortable working with some ambiguity, but knows when to ask for clarity
• Strong communication: raises issues early, collaborates well, and seeks feedback
• Demonstrates ownership of tasks and follows through to completion
• Curious and motivated to learn, including exposure to AI and new technologies

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship reliable software that delivers real business value
• Contribute across the full lifecycle: discovery, development, and delivery
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to understand problems and shape practical solutions
• Write clean, testable code and improve existing systems with a focus on maintainability
• Build and support integrations with external platforms (APIs, third-party services)
• Participate in discovery by asking questions, validating assumptions, and refining solutions
• Balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment
• Use data, logs, and feedback to debug issues and improve performance
