About The Position

The purpose of this position is to fulfill the ministry's onsite Production, Fulfillment, and Shipping & Receiving needs in an efficient and timely manner. The duties associated with this position range from assisting in producing the product, filling incoming orders, to shipping the product within the acceptable time frame established by the Product Services Manager and the ministry. Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) is a teaching ministry of unconditional love and the balance between grace and faith. Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize.
Able to operate a hand truck.
Ability to obtain Postal certification if needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite.
Able to stand for several hours a day.
Able to operate a pallet jack and sit-down forklift.
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Must sign the Statement of Faith.
A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
Must pass all required checks.
Prior work-related experience.

Nice To Haves

Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Word are preferred.
Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.

Responsibilities

Produce, pick, process, package, and prepare for shipping daily orders within an acceptable time frame.
Fill monthly partner mailings within an acceptable time frame.
Assist in picking, processing, and preparing product for Gospel Truth Conferences and Seminars within the scheduled time frame.
Process all daily receipts and response letters in a timely manner. (Inclusive of monthly partner letters and end-of-year receipts).
Monitor and report low inventory levels as required to the Supervisor.
Determines the method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
Compares identifying information and counts weights, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
Affix shipping labels on packed cartons and use a strapping machine.
Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage.
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.
Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
Operate a pallet jack or use a hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from the shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or a work area.
Maintains and restocks inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Learn to produce and replicate audio CDs, video DVDs, and USBs.
Build CD, DVD, and USB Albums, sleeve single units.
Assist in operating digital printers/copy machines, producing printed materials as requested by the Product Services Management team.
Other duties as assigned.
