About The Position

Aritzia is growing, and our Product Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for running the day-to-day operations of our Product Division. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, Product Integration, you will support the team to uphold operational excellence throughout the Product Lifecycle, ensuring key deadlines are met, facilitating communication across departments, and running checkpoints to deliver on intended outcomes. Responsibilities

Understand our Product Lifecycle and ensure it is executed perfectly
Determine and champion the key elements of each checkpoint to effectively facilitate meetings and deliver intended outcomes
Contribute to defining each program within the Product Division and ensure they are realized perfectly
Project manage and / or be the Business Lead on cross-functional initiatives
Contribute to identifying, defining, and integrating divisional tools, ensuring they support business needs
Connect and organize the Division & Sub-Divisions with business-driven, simple, relevant & timely information
