About The Position

Customer-facing sales professional responsible for winning and growing business. Roles at this level operate with a degree of autonomy, within well-defined commercial policies and subject to review of end results. The role allows for modification of procedures and practices, provided outcomes meet established standards (typically annual volume, margin, and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories. Location: Quebec City, QC Language Requirement: Bilingual (English and French)

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in Sales & Sales.
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Owns sales responsibility within a defined geographic territory, selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects.
  • Utilizes in-depth knowledge of assigned sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer segments to execute commercial strategies using analytical thinking and practical sales experience.
  • Demonstrates understanding of best practices and how their area integrates with broader business functions; maintains awareness of competitors and market differentiators.
  • Applies sound judgment and proposes solutions beyond standard parameters to address moderately complex, day-to-day challenges related to projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
  • Prioritizes information effectively for decision-making, using technical expertise, analytical thinking, and insights from multiple internal and limited external sources.
  • Acts primarily as an individual contributor, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Serves as a resource and mentor to less experienced colleagues.
  • May lead small, low-risk projects with limited resource requirements.
  • Communicates clearly, supports consensus-building within the team, conveys performance expectations, and may handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
