Product Return Clerk
About The Position
Receives and verifies that all driver-returned products are handled accordingly and clears the dock. Ensure product condition meets acceptable government and company requirements. The work takes place in normal warehouse environments with different temperature environments, as well as in cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may range from 40 degrees down to -5 degrees. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Integrity and reliability.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with team members.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and verifying that all driver-returned products are handled accordingly and clear the dock.
- Ensure product condition meets acceptable government and company requirements.
- Prepare returned product for re-slotting, including verifying package integrity, temperature guidelines, and manufacturer requirements.
- Return all products to the appropriate slot and verify slot accuracy.
- Set up and staging dock area for daily driver returns.
- Recreate manufacturer packaging, if required.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
