Product Quality Analyst

PeopleLiftParadise, NV
$125,000 - $135,000Remote

About The Position

Our client is hiring a Product Quality Analyst to help answer two questions on every release: are we building the right thing, and does what we built actually work? It's a role that combines product coordination with hands-on quality assurance, so you'll spend your time both digging into product data and making sure features hold up before they reach users. If you like working with data and you have the patience to test things thoroughly, this is a good fit. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product cycle, and your input will shape both what gets built and how it ships.

  • 5+ years of experience in a product analyst, QA, project coordinator, or closely related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL, spreadsheets, or analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Looker).
  • Hands-on QA/testing experience, including writing test cases and using bug-tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Sharp attention to detail paired with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage priorities across both analysis and testing workstreams.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-minimized workspace.

  • Write, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans across web and/or mobile products.

  • Log, track, and prioritize bugs, and verify fixes through to resolution.
  • Coordinate the QA process across the team, including test coverage, schedules, and release-readiness sign-off.
  • Work with engineering and product to keep what users need aligned with what actually ships.
  • Serve as a quality and data advocate in planning, standups, and release reviews.
