Refrigerated Product Puller
About The Position
Tuscan Dairy has an opening for a Product Puller for our Refrigerated Cooler! This role involves performing a combination of receiving, storing, and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product. The Product Puller will pull and stack product based on daily orders, meet customer order specifics in a timely manner, and maintain organized product rotation. Responsibilities also include supporting preventative maintenance, monitoring product quality, completing production and quality logs, furnishing accurate counts on load tags, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with SOPs. The position also requires identifying opportunities for process improvement, reporting food safety and quality issues, and maintaining safe working conditions in compliance with all regulations. Adherence to DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements is essential. This role is for the 2nd Shift, with hours from 3:30 PM to 12 AM, and days off on Sunday and Thursday.
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred
- Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
Responsibilities
- Perform any combination of receiving, storing, and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product
- Pull and stack product based on daily orders
- Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
- Maintain keeping products separated, organized, and in good rotation
- Support preventative maintenance plans
- Monitor product quality frequently and report problems to mitigate safety issues
- Complete production and quality logs
- Furnish accurate counts on load tags
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information
- Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s
- Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
