About The Position

Perform a variety of duties in loading, unloading, and moving materials within plant, yard, or work site. This role involves pulling and stacking product based on daily orders, meeting customer order specifics in a timely manner, and maintaining organized product rotation. The position also supports preventative maintenance, monitors product quality, and ensures accurate documentation and compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred
Able to effectively work in a team environment
Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
Able to use company computer systems
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Able to follow directions
Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Must be able to read, write and speak English

Responsibilities

Perform receiving, storing, and distributing tasks for product distribution.
Pull and stack product based on daily orders.
Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
Maintain organized product separation and rotation.
Support preventative maintenance plans.
Monitor product quality and report issues.
Complete production and quality logs.
Furnish accurate counts on load tags.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out accurately and completely.
Document all required information in accordance with SOPs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes.
Report food safety and food quality issues to management.
Maintain safe working conditions and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) and corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
