About The Position

The Product Planning Truck & SUVs team is responsible for turning future body-on-frame vehicle concepts into reality while ensuring Nissan remains competitive and continues to meet the evolving mobility needs of our customers. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, product evaluation, and strategic planning that helps shape the future of Nissan's truck and SUV portfolio.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• Experience creating clear, compelling, and data-driven presentations using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Ability to develop well-structured recommendations and tell a compelling story using data and insights.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with an interest in automotive products and market trends.
• Experience working in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments, or a willingness to do so.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, communication, and collaboration skills.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
• Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer, market, and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities that support future product decisions.
• Produce reports, presentations, analyses, and exhibits to support strategic planning activities.
• Assist the Market Research team with product research clinics and customer studies.
• Conduct product evaluations and participate in competitive benchmarking activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing product planning initiatives and special projects.
