About The Position

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR company, is seeking a Product Planning Intern to join its Product Planning team in Denton, Texas. The internship is for students currently enrolled in college. The intern will contribute to a range of product planning projects and reports, including industry and competitor research, customer research, product roadmap development, and evaluation of products, features, and technologies. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related degree program.
• Exceptional Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage assignments.
• Self-starter and resourceful.
• Strong professionalism and attention to detail.
• Interest in automotive and commercial vehicle products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform industry research, benchmarking, and competitive market analysis.
• Support customer research and survey activities.
• Assist with preparation of long-term product roadmaps.
• Support evaluation of new products, features, and technologies.
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
