Requirements
- Ability to work in fast paced environment that involves repetitive motion.
- Good communication capabilities.
- Follow written and oral instructions.
- Good vision capabilities to perform inspection of equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Pack product in double liner bags in cases with specific counts, labels boxes, stamps lot numbers and stack in pallets.
- Product is packed in combos with liner, stamped with lot number and placed on a pallet.
- CCP checks and record keeping of each cook.
- Inspect products while packaging.
- Labeling of product.
- Stamping of lot number and record keeping.
- Responsible for the execution of the Waste Management Procedure.
- Follow the Food Defense Procedure.
- Follow the GMP’s in production areas.
- Follow instructions from supervisor and general guidelines.
