About The Position

MealSuite builds end-to-end foodservice technology for healthcare and senior living organizations. Our mission is to help care teams deliver better dining experiences with less effort. We’re a fast-growing team working on meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care. We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Culinary Product Management team. Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll be translating product strategy into actionable work for engineering teams and also ensuring the delivery of high quality, incremental value through well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required)

Responsibilities

  • Own backlog definition, grooming, and prioritization.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work daily with engineering teams in agile ceremonies.
  • Align sprint work with product vision and organizational priorities.
  • Ensure product increments meet quality and functionality expectations.
  • Prioritizes backlog of tickets in collaboration with Product Manager by considering roadmap priorities, stakeholder impact and squad capacity.
  • Supports release coordination by performing UAT to ensure acceptance criteria are met, and customer and stakeholder communication (change management, customer facing descriptions, release notes) are updated.
  • Presents releases on monthly release reviews.
  • Writes clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria in line with epic requirements.
  • Ensure goals and priorities are clearly communicated to the squad.
