We are seeking a systems-oriented “service” owner who excels in dynamic environments where balancing customer requirements, stakeholder interests, and time-sensitive deliverables is essential. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with Product Management and Technology (including a multidisciplinary Agile team) to deliver impactful product increments, maintain a well-prioritized backlog, and address issues and enhancements with clarity, urgency, and exceptional communication. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong systems thinking, disciplined backlog management, and an aptitude for guiding teams through complex challenges, shifting priorities, and high-volume demands. Success in this position requires establishing strong operational day-to-day frameworks: structured intake processes, rigorous prioritization, meticulous attention to backlog practices, concise stakeholder communications, and proactive risk mitigation. This Product Owner reports to the Director of Product Development and will be part of a team of Product Owners working on products across Health, Learning, and Practice.
