The Customer Experience (CX) team delivers owner and user experiences that save time, improve lives, and create personal connections. We strive to build lifelong relationships and turn customers into brand advocates by ensuring they are treated like family. As the Digital Product Analyst, you will be the bridge between raw digital data and actionable product strategy. Rather than owning the product roadmap, you will be responsible for measuring the performance of our Digital Customer Experiences (Mobile App, Web, In-Vehicle Infotainment, etc.) and providing the "source of truth" for various Product Owners. You will use data to tell the story of how customers interact with our products, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve the vehicle service journey.
