Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Software Product Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Agile Project Management experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors or Associates degree
  • Proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy
  • Agile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development experience
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards experience

Responsibilities

  • Driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach.
  • Shaping and managing the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants.
  • Validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.
  • Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Leading the continuous refinement of the product backlog to align with evolving customer needs and business goals.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product priorities.
  • Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Driving the adoption of best practices in product management and agile methodologies to elevate team performance.
