About The Position

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is hiring a Product Owner to manage and support customer-facing Agentforce and AI implementation projects, as well as internal initiatives that create supporting assets and solutions. The role combines product ownership—shaping the overall solution—with project management of day-to-day delivery and customer relationships. The successful candidate will plan strategically while also managing project details, communicate confidently with customer stakeholders, and bring an analytical, consultative mindset to an agile environment.

The Product Owner will guide customers and project teams in defining use cases and business outcomes; transition customers from sales to delivery; manage project scope, schedule, and financials; and oversee project teams through solution delivery. The role also includes facilitating stakeholder meetings, documenting and reviewing measured outcomes before project closeout, and contributing to internal initiatives that develop reusable assets and improve efficiency. Travel may be required for certain roles, with an anticipated commitment of up to 25%.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a delivery leader overseeing AI-related business-solution implementations on Salesforce or AWS across all phases of project delivery.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Experience leading delivery as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Experience with estimation and sizing, and with statement-of-work and change-order contracting.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and either Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Demonstrated experience writing statements of work and change requests and managing scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of assigned Agentforce projects, acting as product owner for the solution and project manager for day-to-day work and customer relationships.
• Guide customers and NeuraFlash teams in defining use cases and business outcomes.
• Transition customers from sales to project delivery by reviewing statements of work and partner-funding purchase orders, defining project roles and responsibilities for kickoff, and facilitating kickoff and onboarding.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project financials, scope, and schedule.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for project operations and build strong customer relationships.
• Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Manage NeuraFlash project team members during solution delivery.
• Document and review measured outcomes for live solutions before project closeout.
• Participate in Agentforce Division internal initiatives to foster innovation and efficiency through reusable assets and solutions.
