As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer and following a human-centered design approach. You will shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring the product team consistently delivers on the client's needs and wants. Your role includes validating and testing ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the continuous refinement of the product backlog to maximize value delivery and align with evolving customer needs. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clarity and shared understanding of product goals. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation. Support the team in overcoming obstacles by providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment. Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product features and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Methodology
  • High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Software Product Management
  • Bachelors Degree
