About The Position

We are looking for a Product Owner who will be responsible for continuous product definition, innovation, and market alignment for our B2B SaaS and enterprise solutions. This is a high-impact, independent ownership role reporting directly to the CEO, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. You will play a critical role in defining the company’s product strategy at the intersection of AI, customer data, and phygital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Continuously define and evolve product features and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate market needs, customer insights, and emerging trends into actionable product strategies.
• Drive innovation in AI-powered experience rewards and engagement ecosystems for retail and enterprise clients.
• Conduct deep market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and evolving customer expectations.
• Identify product-market fit opportunities across retail, brick-and-mortar, and hybrid commerce models.
• Stay ahead of developments in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), AI-driven personalization, and Loyalty, rewards, and engagement ecosystems.
• Design end-to-end product experiences, including feature definition, user journeys, and value propositions for B2B clients.
• Strategize for marketplace models and partner ecosystems.
• Define scalable frameworks for phygital product experiences blending offline and online engagement.
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to define AI-enabled features and workflows and leverage data for personalization, engagement, and automation.
• Rapidly learn and collaborate with fully trained AI agents for product development, automation workflows, and intelligent feature building.
• Contribute to training and improving new AI agents and systems.
• Partner with Marketing for positioning, messaging, and GTM.
• Partner with Business Development for client insights and partnerships.
• Partner with Operations for product delivery and scalability.
• Act as the bridge between business, technology, and customer experience.
• Own product lifecycle from ideation to launch to iteration.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear execution roadmaps and deliverables.
• Drive lean and agile product development practices.
