About The Position

The Product Owner will own the lifecycle of customer-facing software products, from discovery and scoping through launch, measurement, and iteration. The role turns complex user and business problems into clear product requirements and executable releases, defines product direction while maintaining focus on practical delivery, and remains accountable for product outcomes throughout development and after launch. The position requires data-driven product management, including defining and tracking KPIs, adoption metrics, and product outcomes. Product usage data, customer insights, and feedback inform prioritisation, roadmap decisions, and ongoing product improvement. The Product Owner will build intuitive, high-quality experiences, simplify technically complex functionality, and balance execution speed with usability, consistency, and reliability. Working closely with engineering, data, business, and other stakeholders, the Product Owner will coordinate priorities, communicate decisions and trade-offs, and drive alignment without excessive process. The role operates in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where product scope and priorities may change with customer needs, usage data, technical constraints, and business requirements. The opportunity is fully remote and is available through 24-MAG LLC, which connects professionals with remote consulting opportunities.
