Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or related role.
  • Strong Product Owner expertise, including backlog management, user story creation, requirements prioritization, and Agile delivery practices.
  • Experience working closely with full-stack engineering teams and understanding technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations to drive product decisions.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • Experience in operational workflows, exception management, or financial services domains.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI-enabled products and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics to measure product success and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner closely with full-stack engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable product capabilities.
  • Define product features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, operations, and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, product demos, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Drive product discovery by gathering customer feedback, analyzing pain points, and identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and outcomes, using data-driven insights to guide prioritization decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery from concept through production deployment.
