About The Position

The Product Owner is a crucial role on an application development team helping to transform a high-level vision into detailed functional requirements, create product user stories, and accept the completed deliver within a given iteration. That person is the primary contact responsible for ensuring the development team works on the tasks intended to address specific product scope and capabilities. We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with extensive experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically within the Medicare domain, to lead product strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery of innovative healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Clinical and Pharmacy experience, including deep knowledge of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) programs, Medicare regulations, pharmacy operations, and patient care workflows. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, clinical teams, pharmacists, technology teams, and leadership to define product requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver high-value solutions that improve member outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management, Agile product ownership, and data-driven decision-making skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering healthcare products in complex Medicare environments.
