We are seeking a problem-solver passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction with product look, feel, and functionality, particularly in how medical students use products for practice readiness. This Product Owner role is responsible for executing strategic roadmap initiatives for Lippincott Clinical Context (LCC), including analytics and shared platform services like ecommerce/B2C enablement. The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented "service" owner who thrives in dynamic environments, adept at balancing customer requirements, stakeholder interests, and time-sensitive deliverables. They will collaborate closely with Product Management and Technology (including a multidisciplinary Agile team) to deliver impactful product increments, maintain a well-prioritized backlog, and address issues and enhancements with clarity, urgency, and exceptional communication. Success requires strong systems thinking, disciplined backlog management, and the ability to guide teams through complex challenges, shifting priorities, and high-volume demands. The position demands establishing strong operational day-to-day frameworks, including structured intake processes, rigorous prioritization, meticulous attention to backlog practices, concise stakeholder communications, and proactive risk mitigation. This Product Owner reports to the Director of Product Development and is part of a team of Product Owners working across Health, Learning, and Practice products.
