About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our Title Remittance, Claims, Rate Calculator, and ePayment Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, maximizing value delivery, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including development, business stakeholders, implementation, and support teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in financial services, payment processing or title insurance industry.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple Products and priorities effectively.
Strong understanding of title remittance, claims processing, rate calculations, and electronic payment systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Product Management or related fields (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
Basic understanding of product development processes and user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for title remittance, claims, rate calculator, and ePayment systems.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including customers, executives, and development teams, to gather requirements and prioritize features.
Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with prioritized user stories and tasks, and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
Work closely with developers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for all systems.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, identify trends, and gather feedback for continuous product improvement.
Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, scrum ceremonies, and retrospectives, ensuring the team is aligned and focused on delivering value.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure teams to ensure that all products meet corporate policies and industry standards for security and privacy.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future iterations.
Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and task completion using project management tools.
Maintain clear and updated documentation related to product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
