About The Position
Looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to support and enhance a Salesforce-based licensing and regulatory application for a government client. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, manage the product backlog, write user stories, and support Agile delivery. You will help prioritize enhancements, facilitate sprint activities, and ensure solutions align with business needs.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with licensing or regulatory systems
- Government project experience
- Scrum certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Manage and prioritize product backlog
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming)
- Work with stakeholders and developers to deliver enhancements
- Track progress in Azure DevOps
- Support release planning and status reporting
