About The Position

As the Product Owner, you will play an important role in supporting Experian Health's revenue cycle payment products. You will report to the Product Leadership team. You'll have the opportunity to champion continued incremental innovation and improvement to our product based on the product vision and roadmap. You will collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to manage (development, QA, UX/UI teams) and report on the impact of product releases. You will also collaborate with Product Managers in obtaining internal governance approvals for new capabilities or use cases and in obtaining funding. You will collaborate with Development, Implementation, and Support on backlog and capacity, balancing features, support work, technical debt, and technical improvements. You will lead prioritization of the self-pay, payment gateway, and billing backlog to maximize business value delivery. You will shape a scalable, API-driven payment architecture with a strong focus on security and HIPAA/PCI compliance. You will ensure shared understanding of scope, priorities, and Definition of Ready/Done. You will translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You will participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. You will support product launches and gather user feedback for continuous improvement. You will ensure product features comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA). You will use SQL to explore data, validate hypotheses, and support analytical workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
  • 2+ years of experience with healthcare technology or SaaS platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience with payments technology
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
