About The Position

S2Tech is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to support Isha’s digital products in an Agile environment. The role connects business stakeholders, developers, and UI/UX teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and helping deliver usable, reliable products. The successful candidate will work alongside AI tools and agents, carefully reviewing their outputs and using independent judgment to identify omissions, errors, and deviations from business requirements. Candidates may have direct AI experience or demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn these tools quickly.

Requirements

• Demonstrated business analysis and/or product ownership experience in Agile software delivery, including requirements elicitation and clear documentation.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and iterative development, with proficiency in modern Agile work-management tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions, manage competing priorities, and protect the team’s delivery focus.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment when reviewing requirements, product behavior, and AI-generated outputs.
• Ability to conduct product acceptance testing and work with developers to explain, track, and resolve defects.
• A data-driven approach to interpreting user feedback and product analytics.
• Direct experience using AI agents or large language models in product work, or a proactive willingness and ability to upskill and adopt AI-assisted methods.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Claude or comparable AI assistants for business analysis, product ownership, or software delivery.
• Experience reviewing and improving AI-generated requirements, user stories, test scenarios, or product documentation.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams and creating user flows or wireframes.
• Experience delivering product training and supporting users after launch.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes, stakeholder needs, and product objectives, and maintain clear communication across business, development, and UI/UX teams.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements, well-defined user stories, business rules, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Own and refine the product backlog, prioritizing features, defects, and technical debt in alignment with business value and technical dependencies.
• Work with the delivery team to plan sprints, define scope, clarify requirements, and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct product acceptance testing, identify defects early, and coordinate resolution and validation with the technical team.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to develop user-centric workflows and communicate design needs through user flows or wireframes, as appropriate.
• Use AI tools and agents to support requirements analysis, story development, testing, and delivery; validate outputs against business needs and correct inaccuracies.
• Analyze user feedback and product analytics to recommend improvements and inform backlog priorities.
• Provide product training and serve as a point of contact after launch, helping users navigate issues and coordinating defect resolution.
