AceableAustin, TX
$66,000 - $88,000Hybrid

About The Position

We are looking for a detail-obsessed Product Operations Specialist to help keep our course launch process running smoothly, our existing courses in compliance, and our catalog well maintained. You’ll be the person triaging bugs, chasing them down to resolution, and making sure the right team knows about any follow ups, recurring issues, and emerging trends. If you enjoy operational puzzles, improving workflows, and collaborating across teams to keep things running smoothly, this is the role for you. Our ideal candidate is a methodical troubleshooter who loves clear processes, is comfortable when ownership of a problem isn’t obvious yet, and takes pride in getting the details exactly right. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Automation, you’ll partner closely with Customer Experience, Learning Experience, Regulatory, and Product to keep our products and courses healthy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in product operations, program/project coordination, support, or a similar analytical role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through; you chase problems to resolution rather than handing them off
  • Ability to communicate clearly and build productive cross-functional working relationships, including comfort navigating gray areas where ownership isn’t yet defined
  • Curiosity and an investigative mindset; you naturally ask “why,” enjoy untangling operational problems, and persist until you find the underlying issue
  • Ability to work through ambiguity independently, prioritize competing requests effectively, and know when to bring something to your manager
  • Systems-minded — you enjoy learning new systems, can trace how information flows between tools, and are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues even if you aren't writing code.
  • A builder’s instinct; you’ve used AI to automate parts of your own work, and you’d rather build a fix than wait for one
  • Reside in one of the following locations: California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
