Being a Product Operations Manager at iManage Means… You will play a key role in driving the efficiency, alignment and execution of the product lifecycle. Your role will be the connective tissue between our product management, engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success and other cross-functional teams to ensure our product strategy translates into the seamless delivery and adoption of our products. You will use your technical acumen to design, implement and continuously improve operational processes that ensure the right feedback reaches the right product teams and that insights translate into clear actions. You will help bring operational rigor to how we plan, launch, measure and evolve our products while enabling teams to work faster and more effectively. In this role, you will also explore opportunities to leverage automation, AI-assisted development and “vibe coding” approaches to streamline workflows, accelerate analysis and improve operational efficiency across the product organization.
