About The Position

The Product Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of our product development and launch processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in project management or product operations, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Pendo, or ProductBoard.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and compliance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage product development projects from inception to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and facilitate communication.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status updates, and release notes, to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Oversee product testing and validation processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and user expectations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual agreements.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on product development processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform decision-making and drive product improvements.
  • Ensure that products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as privacy and security requirements.
