About The Position

The Product Operations Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of our product development and launch processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven 2+ years of experience in project management or product operations, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Pendo, or ProductBoard.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.

Nice To Haves

Experience with risk management, quality assurance, and compliance processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage product development projects from inception to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and facilitate communication.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and optimize product development processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, status updates, and release notes, to ensure clear communication and accountability.
Oversee product testing and validation processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and user expectations.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual agreements.
Provide training and support to internal teams on product development processes, tools, and best practices.
Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform decision-making and drive product improvements.
Ensure that products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as privacy and security requirements.
