About The Position

The Product Operations Manager leads high-priority product programs across Checkr teams, overseeing delivery from early access with external customers through general availability exit criteria and post-launch follow-through. The role develops integrated program plans covering scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, decisions, success measures, and escalations, and runs quarterly and annual product planning with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership. The position defines and reports product KPIs, operational metrics, and SLAs with product managers, engineers, and data scientists. It also builds AI-enabled workflows and processes to improve engineering velocity and launch quality, and owns cross-departmental initiatives that lack a single owner, using launch retrospectives to improve standard practices. Checkr describes its environment as fast-paced and collaborative. The company believes in-office work strengthens collaboration, innovation, and connection; employees are expected to work from a hub office at least three days per week. Hub locations are Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, and Santiago.
