About The Position

Join Axon and be a Force for Good. At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. We connect with candor and care, seeking out diverse perspectives from our customers, communities and each other. Life at Axon is fast-paced, challenging and meaningful. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter. Your Impact Axon Air is redefining how organizations see and respond to the world through next-generation drone solutions — spanning Public Safety, Enterprise, Utilities, and Federal customers. As Product Operations Manager II, GTM Strategy, you will own the go-to-market engine across this entire product line: how we price, package, quote, launch, and position Axon Air across each of these markets. You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Partners, and Finance — translating product strategy into commercial execution and spotting the sales and market shifts before they become problems. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to shape strategy, not just support it, and who is energized by ambiguous, high-stakes conversations with both internal leaders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product operations, GTM strategy, sales strategy, or a similar cross-functional role
  • A track record of owning pricing, packaging, or quoting strategy in a complex, multi-product environment
  • Experience navigating ambiguous, high-stakes conversations with external partners or customers
  • Strong business and product sense, with the ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable processes
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across both internal and external, senior-level stakeholders
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, including the ability to pull and interpret bookings and pipeline reports to inform sales strategy
  • A naturally positive, trust-building presence

Responsibilities

  • Own pricing and packaging strategy across market segment and regions, ensuring consistency, competitiveness, and alignment with business goals
  • Lead GTM planning and coordination for new product introductions and major releases, aligning Product, Marketing, and Sales on positioning and timing
  • Build and evolve sales enablement materials and playbooks that equip the field to sell Axon Air’s full portfolio with confidence
  • Own strategic partner and channel GTM relationships (including Skydio, DroneSense, and Dedrone Beyond), navigating complex, ambiguous conversations to solve problems collaboratively with external parties
  • Set and maintain quoting strategy and guardrails, partnering with Sales and Deal Desk to enable speed without sacrificing margin or compliance
  • Serve as the subject expert for the sales team’s quoting questions, bringing clarity and speed to day-to-day deal support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Product leadership, looking around corners to anticipate market and sales strategy shifts before they surface as issues
  • Build relationships across Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, Legal, and Supply Chain to remove friction on complex, highly customizable deals
  • Develop strong knowledge of go-to-market strategy, internal system, and product limitations to remove points of friction on complex and highly customizable sales
