About The Position

This role is for a Product Operations Lead on an 8-10 month contract. The position is highly visible and will partner with leaders across Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and Business Operations to ensure critical programs, processes, and partnerships run seamlessly. The role will involve supporting OEM partner initiatives, customer onboarding, driving operational insights, and business reporting. The Product Operations Lead will own key operational workflows such as usage and billing reconciliations, onboarding approvals, OEM roadmap coordination, and engineering investment reporting. This role will also help shape the quality and reliability of business metrics that guide strategic decisions. Success requires balancing precision with influence, navigating complex processes, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and bringing clarity to initiatives with potentially misaligned priorities. The role will work closely with the VP of Product Management and an Engineering team, contributing product management support for a squad. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and creating behind-the-scenes impact while working closely with senior leaders.

  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations, business analyst, program coordination, or product operations role, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working with data — able to interpret usage reports, reconcile spreadsheets, and partner with Engineering and Finance on data quality
  • Experience maintaining or authoring process documentation (runbooks, SOPs, RACI matrices)
  • Ability to work independently, follow and improve documented processes and manage competing priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communicator, able to work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Business Operations, and Engineering

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or reporting tools (e.g., LinearB, Excel, Power BI) is a plus
  • Basic familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices (writing user stories, contributing to backlog grooming) is a plus
  • PMP or similar certification is not required but would not be a deterrent

Responsibilities

  • Own recurring OEM billing and usage reconciliation processes (e.g., drawdown usage, hybrid subscription reconciliation) in partnership with Finance and OEM partners
  • Prepare and validate monthly usage, billing, and invoicing data for Finance
  • Coordinate OEM/partner-related meetings and support internal roadmap communications, championing OEM-driven initiatives across Product Management and Engineering teams

  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies related to order fulfillment, account provisioning, and pricing/package changes
  • Flag process gaps, data discrepancies, or automation opportunities to Product and Engineering leadership
