About The Position

As a Product Operations Intern at Q2, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define product features, and help shape Q2’s next-generation solutions. Example projects have included contributing to roadmap documentation and feature requirements, conducting competitive and user research to inform priorities, assisting with usability testing and product analytics, and collaborating with design. The role supports roadmap planning and backlog refinement, product usage data analysis, feature definition and testing, and communication of insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Interest in product strategy, UX, and technology.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; Q2 is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum frameworks.
